There are several youtube videos on how to make vegetable rolls. I can't access them on this machine but you should be able to find them by searching.
Put your nori down (the seaweed paper). Put a thin layer of sushi rice down (look up how to make that properly) and lay your sliced vegetables on to of that. There are some good pictures here: Chile Chews: How to Make Vegetarian Sushi
Use vegetables you like, of course.
What ingredients are you having trouble with?Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

I like to make california rolls. Have found that slicing the items as thin as possible really helps with the rolling. Don't worry if the roll comes out funny looking or just not really roll looking. It will still taste good. Be careful with the amount of seasoning you put on the rice. To wet rice and it messes up the rolling.
