Great Customer Service!

I bought a Bissell Perfect Sweep cordless sweeper at Wal Mart about a week ago.
I love the way it picks up trash, cat hair, even cat litter.
The problem is that one of the wheels stopped turning, making it almost impossible to push across a rug.
The User's Guide specifically said not to return the item to the store, so I called them.
After explaining what the problem was, they are sending me a brand new unit via FedEx.
And on top of that, they don't want me to return the one I have.
It's still usable, so now I'll have 2 of them.
