    Default Super excited!!!

As we I've been trying to slowly gather groceries together, for the past few months, I'm now super excited that we'll be able to "eat down" what's in our fridge/freezer (in the kitchen), as well as the freezer in the garage PLUS our "regular" pantry... the only thing we should need to go grocery shopping for is fresh fruits/veggies, milk & (maybe) eggs!!! Whoohoo!!! Using supercook website to help w/making sure we use it all (or mostly) up!!! EASILY should have OVER a months worth (if not closer to 2 months) of meals!!! whahooo!!! Which helps since this is going to be a somewhat "lean" month!

Yay! Great job- I like the challenge of making dishes out of what I have on hand- I've discovered great new dishes that way!
