Oct. - What did you get free?

I'm wondering where the 'what did you get free' threads went to? Who used to post them? I found them good incentive to look at other alternatives before buying things. Lately I've scored...

~ children's tempera paints (to be passed on) through Full Circles,
~ craft paints (for tole painting) through Full Circles,
~ dill weed and dill seed from a friend,
~ garden produce from a friend (beets, carrots, beans, potatoes),
~ sewing supplies from another friend (she's cleaning out),
~ fabric from a friend,
~ cookie/candy/cracker tins from a friend. I kept the nice ones and am passing the others on.
~ a glider rocker through Full Circles.

As you can see, I am finding a lot of things online through recycling sites like Freecycle, etc.

What are you all getting for free?
