It pays to pay attention to prices
Little Miss ask Santa for an "I can be" Barbie play set
I liked the Cooking teacher one as you get a Barbie and a kid barbie (Kelly?) as well as a "kitchen" complete with step stool so Kelly can reach the sink to wash her hands.
One listing on amazon has it listed for $52.99 plus shipping ( out of Santa's budget)

Walmart has it for $26.99
another amazon listing has it for $23.49 plus shipping

And Aldi's has it for $17.99
I bet you can guess where Santa Shopped

Years ago I would spend literally hours at the Barbie aisle at Toys-r-Us trying to find a present for christmas. Great that you were able to find your daughter her gift!

I think one reason she wants a new barbie for Christmas is because Grandma will always play Barbies on request
So Little Miss will be able to have an hour or two of alone time with Grandma.
