    Default Master Snack List for Kids

    I had the idea to create a list for my kids of healthy snacks the can get when they are hungry. I want to put together a master list to tape to the fridge so they can refer to it for ideas. Here is what I have so far (please feel free to add ideas!).

    * Fresh fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, etc. based on what we have on hand)
    * Dried fruit (mangos and pineapple usually)
    * Frozen fruit (blueberries, peaches, strawberries, etc...)
    * Fresh sliced veggies (with ranch)
    * cheese sticks
    * crackers with peanut butter
    * hard boiled eggs
    * popcorn
    * toast with peanut butter
    * crackers & cheese slices
    * animal crackers

    Our kids could make cookies, bars, cake, etc. whenever they wanted to.

    They could have ramen noodle soup for a snack, or just the blocks of ramen noodles by themselves.

    Yup, the Korean ones did.

    One of my sons used to eat the homemade dog biscuits.
