I am tired! But me and DD got a lot done:

* 3 meals of spaghetti sauce
* 3 meals of sloppy joes
* 12 mini hot pockets
* 6 regular hot pockets
* double batch breakfast cookies
* 3 meals browned hamburger
* 1 dozen boiled eggs
* 2 meals of diced ham

Whew!

These are soooo good. We make them and freeze. I like them right out of the freezer but you can also eat at room tempature or warm in the microwave:

* 1 stick melted butter
* 2 eggs
* 2 tsp. vanilla
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp sale
* 2 tsp baking soda
* 1 3/4 cups honey
* 4 cups oats
* 4 cups wheat flour
* 2 cups chocolate chips (could also use dried fruit, etc...)

I mix everthing in my mixer (except chocolate chips) until mixed. Add in chocolate chips. I use a cookie scoop to put them on the tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350. Enjoy!

good job - been thinking of doing that again ...especially with school starting tomorrow

Looks like that makes a huge batch. I bet these would be great for traveling, when we usually eat Pop Tarts for breakfast. I'm trying to replace all the junk food with healthier options when we travel.

I'm guessing these don't have to be flattened.

They do make quite a lot. I usually get 2 gallon size freezer bags. But they store really well in the freezer. This batch I did push them down slightly with the fork. But they would be fine either way :) Let me know if you like them.

What is 1 tsp sale? I really want to make these but this has me stumped.
