I mix everthing in my mixer (except chocolate chips) until mixed. Add in chocolate chips. I use a cookie scoop to put them on the tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350. Enjoy!
Looks like that makes a huge batch. I bet these would be great for traveling, when we usually eat Pop Tarts for breakfast. I'm trying to replace all the junk food with healthier options when we travel.
They do make quite a lot. I usually get 2 gallon size freezer bags. But they store really well in the freezer. This batch I did push them down slightly with the fork. But they would be fine either way Let me know if you like them.
