Default There's got to be a way I can hang laundry!Help

I was hanging every load of laundry up until dd got diagnosed with asthma, then it was just mine,dh and bubbas. Then bubba got diagnosed with it and now I can't hang it outside cause well besides the cold factor is the pollen or dust and it will cause an asthma attack.Inside isn't good either cause it can cause mildew and cause an attack.I thought about doing it in my garage, but it gets colder than outside and they would never dry.OH I feel like I can never win sometimes

I hang my laundry inside on a portable rack (I got it out of the dumpster when a clothing store went out of business). To help clothes dry, I place it where the heater vents can blow on it. When it is sunny, I also place it in front of a window (annoys the cats to loose their sun spot but they will live). You will also find me setting out an ironing board and hanging coat-hangers with wet shirts on them in the kitchen at night under that vent as well.

you also might try putting a small fan near it to get the air moving. if the moisture is distributed about the house a bit better it shouldn't cause mildew. if your bathroom has an exhust fan, you can hang laundry up in there and then run the fan for a few minutes to get the dampness out of the air. 5 or 10 minutes of running an exhaust fan is still cheaper than running the dryer.

i use pants hangers to hang up my sheets on the shower curtain rod. if your bathroom is big enough for a drying rack, you can put clothes on there and hang cothes on hangers on teh shower rod.

I do have a dryer rack and use it in that way but it still won't dry fast enough,I can notice a big difference in dd's and ds's symptoms when i dry and when I don't its usualy not when they where the clothes but when I hang them. The only time it affects them is when i dry outside cause of the pollen.Let me tell ya my car turns yellow in the spring.
