    Talking Frugal tip 1/30

    Try to do your grocery shopping during off peak hours. This will not only save you time, but will also mean less time waitng at the cash register where all the compulsive buy items are placed.

    Sometimes I tend to think that the only off hours to go Grocery Shopping or even shopping at a Walmart Super Center is during 1 am to about 4 am in the Morning.
