    Talking Frugal tip 2/21

    Always make a list before grocery shopping. Estimates are that people spend as much as 40% more on impulse purchases when shopping without a list.

    I agree with both tips. I always make a list but sometimes I forget it! And lately, if I'm hungry I will stop and get a sandwich before shopping. I have found the price of the sandwich is cheaper than all the extras I buy!

    I absolutely have to have a list with me. If I don't have one, I get everything we want, and nothing we needed.

    Another add on is don't take DH with you when you shop - or at least in my case - he likes to buy things not on the list. LOL!
