    Talking Frugal tip 2/22

    If a large phone service calls and asks you to switch services, don't immediately hang up or accept. Always ask if they can offer more. You may get offered incentives that makes the change worthwhile. Once you've changed, the competition will always call back and you can repeat the same process again.
