Question about freezing yogurt
Okay, when they had the triple coupon week, I bought a bunch of Danimals yogurt because it was SO cheap. In order to make sure it wouldn't go bad before the expiration date, I froze it. Last night I took one of the packages out and put it in the fridge. When I just went to serve it to dd, it was all watery and not yogurt-like at all. It tasted relatively okay, but I didn't give it to her because it made me nervous. Is it okay to give her even though the texture is different? Anyone?

i used to buy those yoplait custard style yogurts and freeze them. they are SOOOOO good frozen!!! like frozen yogurt (ice cream)!
i would think if you keep mixing and mixing it, it would be fine. i never let mine thaw.

AmyBoz, It is fine to give to her. Anytime you freeze yogurt, sour cream etc.. it turns watery, just keep blending it and it'll get back to normal consistancey
