Stains on my plates... Help!
My new dishes are pure white, and 2 of my plates have developed a stain on the rim. Its orange/rust colored... its a straight mark, like maybe a fork or knife sat there in the sink and made a stain?
I'm not sure how the stains got there or how to remove them. Any ideas?Sherry

I was thinking of trying baking soda... that might have done it too.

I am going to add cream of tarter and baking soda to my stain remover list. I did not know they would remove stains. I have some very old Pyrex dishes that have stains on them and I am going to try them on them. Thanks for the handy hint Lori and Heather.
I am glad your dishes are stain free Sherry
