Coupon question

Are any of your stores refusing the coupons you print off your computer? The military grocery store here is no longer taking them. Something to do with policies to keep the prices low for us. (yeah whatever) So anyone else run into this?

I read in our local paper that our stores aren't accepting them anymore too. I think they worry about fraud.

One of my Walmarts won't take internet coupons on the "great big list of known to be fraudulent" (Stanley is on) even though some of these coupons are perfectly legit. Other than that they are limiting usage to 1 of each, even though many sites will let you print 2. I haven't tried to use any since then.

I don't use the internet ones, our stores are so flakey about accepting "real" ones I just don't hassle with it!

My store accepts Coolsavings coupons, But wally world wont accept anything

Our Kroger won't take internet coupons or any coupon that looks like it has been copied anymore. I believe it is because people are selling fraudulent coupons on ebay (printing off hundreds instead of just one as most sites specify). The manufacturers are refusing to honor piles of coupons when there should only be a few coming from each store so the stores are losing lots of money. I also understand that ebay is getting some pressure from the grocery associations to stop letting people auction coupons on their site. Because of all the fraud some stores are even refusing to take legitimate coupons for "free" items because they are afraid they are fakes and they will not get their money back from the manufacturer.
