Question TWG readers...what is your favorite recipe?

I've been reading this again, and I'm wondering if any of you like the recipes in the book?

Count me in for the Cuban bread. It's the recipe I have used for years now to make our bread and I love it!

Do we like any recipes other than the Cuban bread? That's my favorite too!

I like the muffin recipe...I've adjusted it to suit me and I Tripled the recipe so that I can freeze the excess.

Haven't tried the cuban bread though...I guess I'll have to give it a try!

The Lentil casserole (can't remember the exact name of it). I like it a lot, but forget to make it! Also, it's not a recipe, per se, but the diaper wipe "recipe" saved me TONS of money!!

Yes I like the lentil caserole too. The croutons have been made( with left over Cuban bread ) and given in jars as gifts. That is always a big hit. The granola is good too. My Dd didn't care for that ,but I liked it.Hmmmm, getting my book to cruise through the recipes to see if there are more. Oh the puffy pancake was a hit here too. We will do a dinner of that and eggs and bacon. MMMMM maybe I sould make that tonight.

I've made pizza with her pizza dough recipe--very good!

I also have made cinnamon rolls using potato-dough. Recipe not in TG but I found it in an old Betty Crocker book.

Amy talks about potato dough in her book.

The croutons are quite yummy and a great use for bread ends!
