Unhappy Do you have TD? . . . Tightwad Denial

When I first started to watch my pennies several years ago, I was teased----called a miser even! Me! LOL! I couldn't believe it. It hurt at first until I payed off my cc's and saved a few thousand dollars.

I didn't know it until now but I suffered from a strange disease and I tried to cover it up. Tightwad Denial. This disease I don't want a cure for.

Let me know if anyone else has this.

    Check it out:

HA! I'm a tried and true tightwad and proud of it!!! When DH and I took a night away at a fancy smancy hotel, I went to expedia.com and got a great rate! I paid 1/2 to 1/3 of what all the other guests checking in were. For giggles, we looked at the room service menu and giggled ourselves silly looking at the prices: $6 for a small pot of coffee, $8 for a bowl of oatmeal??? We slept in and had an early lunch at a nearby restaurant with way more reasonable prices.
