Smile Well a year long experiment is done!

Last August i went to Victoria's secret. I bought 5 sets of undies. Nice cotton ones like the Hanes her way. I paid $5 a pair.
Well I have discovered that after 1 year they have not lasted any longer than the hanes or fol I can get at wal mart for $6 a 6 pack!
Lesson learned, even though VS is a really pretty and fun place to shop the undies are not worth the price! Even if the Hanes had only lasted 6 months, 2 packages of them would be cheaper than 1 set (1 pr for each day) of the VS per year!
    Lesson learned!

This has been a consumer report from our very own Mel.

Thanks for the info! I've always admired those pretty things but guess I will continue to be a W*mart undy buyer.

    Fun experiment!

I had several pairs of those VS satiny panties and while they did last longer than any other pairs of undie's I owned, they were incrediby uncomfortable...the stitching part that touched the skin was very thick and scratchy

    That's a hoot Mel!! LOL

Although, I do find their bras do last much longer than Wal Mart's. I have some VS bras that I've had almost 5 years now. WM's, I'm lucky to get 6 months out of them before they totally wear out and rip.

But atleast now I know about the panties, since you're living proof.
