Talking I received my light bill today...........

I can't believe the difference the little things I have been doing made.

My last month's bill was $168.XX. Well, I got my ebill from my electric company for this month and here is what it said:

Your electric bill is ready for review. Your total bill of $100.51 is due on 11/18/03.

It went down $68.00!!! I can't believe it!! I am really going to to keep it up now. That was a big incentive to me to continue to be frugal and make the extra effort.

Thank you. I was amazed that not using the dryer and handwashing the dishes instead of using the dishwasher would make such a difference. Then there was those days we ran no a/c, just used ceiling fans. I think that $5 drying rack I bought from Wal-mart was well worth the money!!!

That is great! I do use my dishwasher, but I let the dishes air dry. I also use all the energy saving features on it so I don't use as much water, use the shortest cycle etc.

Not using the clothes dryer I found is a HUGE money saver.

    WTG ladies!!!
