Default Coupons From Newspaper Recycling Center

Another source of coupons is the newspaper recycling center. Does anyone out there pick up extra coupon inserts at the recycle center?

Do you dig for the coupons or just ask for them?

Our newspaper recycling thing is in the Goodwill parking lot, so I just dig for them. I must have pulled 2000 out there this morning alone.

We have recycle bins at my kids school and at the Krogers parking lot. I will go look and see if I can get any out. Thanks

I went to go look. Our Krogers is remodeling and adding on to the store so that one is gone. The one at the kids school is preety full. I grabbed one newspaper out but it was dated dec. 18 and no coupons. I wanted to hurry since it was late a night. I will see what I can find tomorrow. The recycle bin is owned by Dallas Fort Worth Star Telegram. Am I breaking any laws doing this? Does anyone care if people take things out of the bins? Do you know?

I think people wouldnt care unless you made a mess. I always make sure when I dumpster dive ANYTHING to leave the place cleanier than I found it. The Mgr. lady from Goodwill came out today when I was digging and said to me " I see you here a few times a week, what are you looking for??" I told her I was getting the coupon inserts. And she told me I was very smart for getting them here and not paying $1.50 for the Sunday paper. So she didnt seem to mind I always go during the day. That way I dont look too suspcious.
