Budget breakers - UGH!!!
Already in 2004 we have a budget breaker, in fact 3 and I'm ready to throw some of Lori's tomatoes at them.
~car insurance is going up. We already pay $92.00 per month for one vehicle.
~natural gas is going up AGAIN. I don't know where I can cut more in our heating bill. Were already as low as we can possibly go I think.
~our house insurance went up.
~And now they are prediciting our electric company will be asking for an increase.
Carolyn, I can understand your frustration on your electrical bill. Do you think we can both throw tomatoes.

I know how it can be!
You try all you can to save, but sometimes, you just have to pay more...! If it's not one thing, it's another....

~the pellet stove broke down and it cost us about $300 total to fix it!
~during the breakdown, we had to run the electric heat in subzero temps and I know our electric bill will be outrageous this month
~car and house insurance going up and so is our health insurance
~the dryer is going to need to be replaced soon, it's slowly dying

Wow. I'm so glad we don't have to pay utilities. The army takes care of them.

Carolyn, after I've thrown a tomato or two, I press on as well. I just learn to cut back more in other areas. You can't do anything about it, so you just keep going on.

I forgot to add, if this keeps up, I'll have to keep those tomatoes and throw blocks of wood or something else.

I've just swaped 2 massive cars for one small one and the insurance company proudly told me there won't be a charge for transfering my insurance!
(I was hoping they were going to give me some money back!
)
My electric bill has increased.
And my rent, council tax, dentist/prescripsion fees.
I'm just waiting for the others after all there's only another 355 days to go this year!

Ugh! Budget breakers! I know how you all feel.
~Our car insurance went up as well.
~Vehicle registration is due on the vehicles.
~AND DH's job has drastically cut hours. We will be losing $1200 a month because of it!!! What a BIG budget buster!!!
I can't afford to throw tomatoes. I have plenty of rocks though!

after I posted about our dryer slowly dying and having to replace it soon, the darn thing went and stopped working this afternoon! Hopefully it just threw the belt and DH won't have to buy any replacement parts for it. Heck, we don't even have the money to buy the parts at the moment!!!
