    Yes quarterly...how are you billed? It used to be semi-annually, which I actually prefer.

    We are billed monthly and I think our water bill also contains a sewage fee and landfill fee. The landfill fee is a fixed charge that covers our garbage pickup. Sewage fee increases as water usage increases on our bill.

    I am billed separately for sewer--that's biannually I believe.

    Hey--$10 is $10 WTG!!!

    We are billed monthly.My water bill is usually about $23/month....we don't pay for sewer..we have a septic tank.
