Default I Love My Triple Coupon Days!!

It seems like forever since we had triple coupons around here, so today was my big day. No kids, No dh, just me and the few coupons I've been able to scrape together(paper has been slim lately). Total before card and coupons $170.72, after card $153.45, after coupons $79.96!
Probably $35 was actual necessities and weekly food purchases-bread, fruit and fresh veggies and pasta. Approx $18 was convenience and fun foods (granola bars, rice mixes, refridgerated biscuits etc) that I don't normally buy unless it is almost or free. The rest was soaps, shampoos, cleaning products, cereal and paper products to go into the rotating stock pile in the basement, and a few baby items for a shower next week.
This was well worth the hour and 1/2.

Good for you! I was going to go back today for more triple coupon shopping, but decided to wait to bring dh and dd with me tomorrow. I think it's going to be a long trip and I'll need a little help!
