    Homespun Frugal Day in our Home 03-12-04:
    Do Daily Devotionals.
    Wash Clothes.
    Make up Beds.
    Dry Clothes.
    Fold Clothes.
    Feed the Pets.
    Clean the Bathrooms.
    Put up the Clean Clothes.
    Clean the Kitchen.
    Wash Dishes.
    Vacuum.
    Dust.
    Sweep.
    Mop.
    Declutter.
    Exercise.
    Read.
    Fix Dinner still not sure what I will fix for Dinner?
    Write a Love Letter to my DH.
    Organize.
    Study.
    I hope Everyone has a Great Frugal Homespun Productive Day today.

    I believe my Energy Comes from My Daily Devotional (Praying and Reading My Bible)Talking To God.
    Asking Him to Give Me the Energy.
    I also know that my Energy Comes from My Recently Loosing 30 Plus Lbs on the Atkins for Life (a Lifestyle Challenge for Me not a Diet).
    I was 224 Last Year at this time then I was 200 lbs then I got down to 192 lbs Then I got down to 188 then I got down to 185 then down to 180 then I got down to 178 then I got down to 177 then I got down to 175 lbs and now I am down to 170lbs.
    I still have a Long way to Go My Goal is 106lbs I want to get down to that size and keep it off for Good.
