Thumbs up Yes, it's another frugal quiz!!!

I don't know why but I've always liked doing a quiz in a magazine when I was a pre-teen. I still like them and do a few on the internet. Let's see how you do with this quiz:

    WooHoo!!!!!

    I scored ~

    Frugal Queen
You've clearly mastered the best lessons of frugality -- how to spend less and how to get the most value for what you do spend. You enjoy not only the benefits of living within your means (financial security) -- you clearly enjoy living.

I had a friend whose nick name was, "She-ra mattress of the universe." It was a joke she really wasn't a mattress of the universe. She does live in Surrey though. What do Surrey girls do in the morning?

    Go home!

Debbie people from British Columbia which is where I am from and canadian gardener is from sometimes make jokes about this place called Surrey. Mostly they are Surrey girl jokes. Of course, they are just jokes not that all Surrey girls are like that.

Debbie, I grew up in a lot of places in BC, and Surrey has a bit of a reputation.

Alls I gots to say to YOUSE there Surrey girl is

I did time in ALERT BAY!!!! In the GIRLS WASHROOM at the school defending myself!!!!

For anyone wondering Alert Bay is a pretty tough little island village off the east coast, north end of Vancouver Island where if you don't learn to fight and fight hard you don't survive. Book learning in the school was definitely second to survival courses in the girls washrooms.

I moved to Quadra Island after that, somewhat to the south, across from Campbell River. And another not quite so tough couple of years. After Quadra Island I went to the prairies where I learnt how to operate in the rest of Canada and suffered considerable culture shock.

    Basically Budget Minded
You're no spendthrift, for sure, and you do your best not to overspend. But it sounds as if you go over your limits sometimes, and often feel that you're depriving yourself or your family when you try to stay on track financially. You may need some help in learning how to best stretch your dollars and get greater value for what you're able to spend.
