    Default I'm re-reading Miserly Moms

This book has so much information and great homemade recipes for maple syrup, granola bars, pancakes, etc. Has anyone tried these recipes?

I need some inspiration, and I think this is helping. It's a great read.

You won't believe this but I've never read that one. I do sometimes revisit Tightwad Gazette though. Keep up the good work Danielle. I find it always motivates me to tighten the old belt.

I have this bbook and love it. I use the chocolate syrup recipe, the granola recipe and the orientla noodles with the peanut sauce recipe quite a bit.

I have not read it but I keep watching the used book stores and garage sales for one.

We love her pancake recipe-- unfortunately, I loaned my copy to my MIL and it never returned.

I like this book, and we've tried and liked several of her recipes, too!

This was the book that really got me started down the frugal path. I've tried some of her recipes and I remember really liking the pancake recipe. It's a great book.

I like that book and reread it often as well as The Complete Tightwad Gazette and Frugal Luxuries.

Good pancake recipe? I have this book checked out of the library so I'm going to look it up. I've been using the pancake recipe out of the Tightwad Gazette but I may switch over to the Miserly Moms one if it is better.

Yep-- I like the Miserly Mom pancake recipe better than the TWG one.

I just borrowed this book from the library. I like it much better than TWG and Frugal Luxuries. I'm really enjoying it so far. I think I will get my own copy when I'm finished reading it.

Denise, do you need the pancake recipe? LMK

I will have to check the library and see if they have it.

Can someone post the granola recipe, if its not too much trouble? Thanks

It's a very good book. One of my keepers, in my collection of frugality books.
