What items are you finding on sale right now? (end of Oct.)
Our health food store has.....
- 5lb. bags of organic whole wheat, pastry, and unbleached white flour for $2.50 (regular price is $4.79)
- Organic brown rice $1.19/lb. (reg. price $1.59/lb.)
- Organic evaporated cane juice crystals $1.29/lb. (reg. $1.39/lb.)
- Organic jonagold apples 98¢/lb. (not sure of reg. price because these just came in)
- Store brand organic half gallon milk $1.99 (plus there were in-store 50¢ coupons)
- Whole pineapples $2.50 each (reg. $4.99 each)
What deals are you finding?

LOL, well Monday is the time to stock up on Hallween items. I might peruse the Halloween clearance aisle next Friday to see what they have.

I wish your health food store were near me. Those are some great bargains. Ours just has overpriced stuff. I get a few things from the co-op which is a little better on the prices. Our co-op orders from Ozark.

I'm really disappointed lately with our local sales. I've been just "waiting" to stock up on lots of items. I'm really, really (fingers crossed) hoping that when November gets here we get better sales. I'm out of sugar and have been buying one bag at a time...which I hate...... . Great buys there Kim!

I found chicken hindquarters for .39 a pound int he 10 pound bags today.

I got canned tomatos 4/1.00, limiot eight yesterday. I also got tomato soup 3/1.00, limit six. I found chicken hind quarters on sale .58/lb plus they were marked down! I got apples 3 lb/.99 and mushrooms 1.98/lb. I got milk for 2.00 a gallon (got two) yesterday.

15 lbs Glutenfree whole wheat flour $5.00
25 Lbs pure cane sugar $6.50
5 lbs Raw Sugar free neighbour bought some and didn't like it!

Pepsi products 2 liter .99¢
Chicken breast 6 lb @ $1.29 per lb
