What's the most common coin in your jar?
it takes me back seeing the amounts of loose change you are finding. Here in the great Commonwaelth of Australia we did away with 1 and 2 cent coins years ago - 5 cents is our smallest denomination now. We don't have $1 and $2 dollar notes anymore - they were replaced by gold coins so when you gather a few of them for a change jar they really make a difference.
What's the most common coin in your jar?

For us it seems to be quarters (25¢).

~pennies
Were the same as you in Canada, Rhonda. We no longer have$1 or $2 notes. We now have coins. The $1 one is called a loonie and the $2 is called a toonie!!!! Like you, it really adds up in the change jar.

Pennies, nickles and dimes. I tend to use the quarters more often.
