Hmmmm. . . . need some sort of ice pack then.
cold fried chicken
egg salad sandwiches
tuna salad sandwiches
tortilla wraps with cream cheese, thin sliced lunch meats, lettuce
thermos of homemade soup (made from leftovers)

Roast salad sandwiches made of left over roast or bbq sandwiches made on leftover hamburger buns out of leftover roast.
Cold left over pizza.....would he eat that? I know I would!
Mmmmmmm....I'm at a loss.....sorry.

how about vegies and ranch dip with a good sandwich?
I make chicken salad from left over fried chicken for lunch. here is my difficult recipe:
cut up chicken into chunks, mix in mayo, spread on bread or roll!
See, I am a gourmet also!

Pita pockets stuffed with tomatoe slices, shredded lettuce and lime chicken or cold bacon/mayo are good too. Fruit salad made of apple chunks, arange slices and grapes cut in half. A little fruit saver and mix in a container of rasberry yogurt and some sunflower seeds.
You can also put brats and sauteed onions/peppers in a thermos and wrap a few brat buns up. These are soooooo good

My dh eats Campbells chunky soup every night at work. He works graveyard shift. He only likes a few of the flavors and I do not know how it does not get old, but every week I buy 7 cans and if he doesn't eat them at work he eats them at home. It is not very frugal. I can get them for 1.25 at Walmart but dh is a former vending machine junkie so it really does save us a lot. Sorry Im not much help.
