Went to Target - No Damage Done!

So, we went to Target this morning, armed with a $10 gift card from MyPoints. I was excited to see what they had on clearance. Unfortunately, although most Targets already went to 75%, mine was only at 50% and there really wasn't much to be found anyway.

We bought Patrick a stocking for the rest of our Christmas's (this year he used Rob's from when he was a little kid). Then, I found this endcap that had this adorable snowman computer paper, snowman post it notes, and snowman magnetic grocery list paper. Everything was just .99. I wanted it soooo badly! I had three packs of everything in my hands and then I realized that I really didn't need them and I put them back. Yep. I put them back! (I love snowmen SO much!)

In the end, we just bought the stocking and some vanilla coke to drink tonight while we watch our New Year's videos (Bourne Supremacy and DodgeBall). I still have 2.37 left on the card! Very proud of myself!

Check back tomorrow or Sunday if there was anything you really, really wanted. They follow the same markdown schedule every year which puts the 75% off on Jan. 2nd (Sunday) (although they surprised everyone last season and did it on Jan. 1st).
