Talking Why haven't I been doing this all along............

As ya'll know, I am new to couponing, but I cannot wait to get to the stores this week. I have got tons of coupons, they sure do add up quickly!!!!!! As I was organizing all of them yesterday, I realized just how much I am going to get for free or nearly free using these coupons.......I do not know why everyone doesn't coupon................

Good for you!!!!! I have this reoccuring dream that I live in the land of double coupons and "gasp" that they even triple coupon once in awhile. Then I wake up and realize that i am in the land of no doubles but that I still do well with certain coupons!

I used to use coupons when I shopped I even got oldest DD trained to use them but now that I have no transportation & have my groceries delivered I can no longer use coupons I wish I could because it helped so much now the only savings I get from shopping is by using my store card which is better than no savings at all but still combined with coupons I saved a lot every time I shopped. I miss coupons

Good for you Roxy!!! When I really put some effort into couponing I do pretty good. I am lucky to have 2 stores that double but they have started really limiting the use of them lately. I can only use 1 like coupon at a time at one store and 2 at the other!! Couponing is fun

if you can double coupons its awesome...there is no such thing here though...i use them every now and then, but for the most part buying store brands is a lot less expensive.

Yup - rebates are next when you get bitten by the coupon bug

I used to coupon a lot, but have kind of not had as much time to put into it now that I work full-time again - hopefully after DH gets a job we will subscribe to the paper again and I'll get back into it - meanwhile this week I'm just going nuts with the $2 off any turkey, and ground turkey is b1g1free this week, and my store lets me use 1 coupon for each package - I usually end up with 2 lbs of ground turkey for about $.25!

I have always wondered that too Roxy....why doesn't everyone coupon? I don't think they realize the money they are throwing away.

I can't wait to hear how your first shopping trip with coupons goes.

I love coupons, its a game for me to see how much I can save by using them. The $ amount that I save, goes right into my savings account.
