    Question Help!

How do I get a chili stain out of the front of a brand new white cotton shirt? I wore it yesterday (first time), and I'm messier than a two year old when eating!!!!!

I tried oxyclean, and let it soak all night. Washed it this morning and the stain is still there, big as ever!!!! Any suggestions?

I'm sorry the stain didn't come out! If you have any kicking around, try Murphy's oil soap (the same stuff that's used for wood cleaning) directly on he stain. Scrub it it and let it set for about five or ten minutes. Then rinse with cool water. You may want to reapeat the process if you notice that some of the stain has started to come out. My Mom and I use Murphy's oil soap on a lot of different stains on clothing. It works great! I hope it will work for you. Let us know the outcome!

Interesting. I have used toothpaste on stains before and it works well as long as you use paste and not gel.
