Just wanted to add that if you crush your powders to make a new color, you can "re-cake" them by adding enough rubbing alcohol to flatten it and then let the alcohol evaporate. Also good if your compact breaks. Humidity will determine how long it takes to dry. In FL it takes about 36 hours so plan accordingly. I consolidated all my blush "dredges" into an old loose face powder container and haven't bought blush in years!! Also eliminated many space hogging containers in the process. HTH
