Default I finally price matched at Walmart!

Our local Harris Teeter has 2 liter Coke products on sale for .79. I LOVE Diet Coke with Lime. Anyway, we were headed to Walmart for birthday gifts and shoes for my 7 year old. I checked the price there and the Cokes were .88. I had my ad, and when I checked out I asked the cashier if they still price matched and she said yes. She didn 't even ask to see the ad - charged me .79 each! Okay, so it's only .27, but it all ads up. Next time, I'll be armed again!

    Good for you.......

I price match all the time at Walmart, and they never want to see the ads either, so I finally quit taking them with me......

    Way to go!

I love Diet Coke with lime too. And I don't normally drink Diet Coke.

Oh poo! I meant to get the Capri Sun too! HT had it for .99 a box - guess I'll get it tonight - DD is having her bday party at Walmart - LOL! They have their own build a bear thing there - only WAY cheaper.

I price match for all my meat at Wal Mart. I have been singing the praises of Comp ads for years now. You do need to be ready though, on occation they ask to see the ads.

    Good going on the comps!

I've never done it, either, but I need to start! Especially since DD isn't much fun to take shopping right now- that might save me a trip.

The girl I work with price matches all the time there. I have yet to do it, but I am sure once our baby gets here and I'm not working I'll be cutting cost any way I can.

I price matched at Christmas time.. I had an ad from Toys r Us for the leap pad at 14.99 and of course they were out.... Took it to Wal Mart and they gave me the price no questions asked it was nice... This year I think that I will do all my shopping by price matching at Wal Mart.. They do not accept percent off coupons or ads though... I asked a clerk.... Just a thought.

I keep forgetting that you can price match. All our stores do that where I live. Thank you for jogging my memory. Will save on gas. Won't have to run from store to store to get the good bargains. Thanks again, for reminding us.
