Loving is hard work. It's not just a feeling. We must choose to love whatever we encounter.

We must learn to love ourselves (sometimes the hardest task of all). Loving is also choosing to focus on the good. Once we have a start on loving ourselves, we move on to loving everyone and everything else.

If there's something we don't love, and can't seem to find anything positive about it to focus on, we can simply move away from it and place ourselves with smoething we can love.
