How to get a person on the phone.
I'm not really sure this belongs in the forum, but I can't think of where else it might go.
A friend posted this link on another board. It is a list of different large companies and how to actually talk to a person at that company instead of a computer. (Such as, say you want to call Hewlett Packard, it gives you the number and tells you to say "agent.")
The list isn't super huge right now, but anyone can add to it so I am sure the more people who use it, the bigger it will get.
