It Seems All I Do Is
trying to save anything or get the bills down.
Pennies had to be used, change jar used, dollar tin used,
I am down to just about nothing in stockpile.
Grocery challenge will be about $400. in May
Thank God Doug gets paid today.
I can't wait until i can put in a garden but we are still getting frost in Upstate NY..
Then rain every other day and cold.
I'm getting a headache

Yeah, I know how you feel too. I thought last month would never end, but it did and I feel stronger for getting through it.

Seems like every month is getting longer and longer.
Back to the drawing board.
I'm going to beat this confounded money blitz one way or another.
Something has to give somewhere... ( Right ? )

Holly your not alone. My change jar keeps going up and down too and probably always will. I'm just thankful I have pennies or change to use.
It will get better. Once you have that garden planted and see some results, you'll be dancing. Were in the same boat there too. Yesterday we had snow. I know though, just around the corner that garden is going to be planted.

I am there with you. We've been struggling (and worse) for over a year now. Ever since my Dh lost his job. He couldn't find anything in his field without picking up and moving across the country. So he is being retrained. We have just about run out of student loans and we still have 5 weeks until this term is finished. We will have to go to the food bank.
I am a homeschool mom and I tutor for some cash as well as host exchange students but other than putting all the children back into
school and going back full time to work there won't be any more cash until Dh is finished next year (june2006). I just don't know if I can hang in there until then.
So I am with you......perhaps we can provide special encouragement to each other when things just become impossible.
HUGS.

I'm not really worried we won't make it , its just i think I see a way to catch up or stockpile and murphy's law pops in and says howdy.
Things will get better as soon as the garden can be planted.
I'm picking up some lettuce seeds and peas today.
I may do a window box full of lettuce.
They want $1.69 for a head of lettuce. $2.19 a pound for tomatoes.
Gas her right now ( regular unleaded ) $2.37 a gallon.
Milk is about $3.59 a gallon.
Meat is so sky high I can't even think about it.
We will turn vegatarian soon if it keeps up. ( We love meat )
Thanks ladies your always here when I need to be encouraged,
your the greatest.

Hang in there Holly.
Things will get better. Just don't give up and keep moving forward. If you use up your panny jar, just start all over again. It's ok. At least you had it to use, right?
