    I do a big shopping every 2 weeks and just pick up milk and produce in between times.

    I usually need something -- produce, bread, meat for the grill -- on the weekend. And I go once a week during the week.

    I also go about once/month to Sam's Club. And once a month I order from the SHARE co-op (www.sharecolorado.com for more info).

    I try to go only once a week. I plan our dinner menu weekly, too. I've tried to do it monthly, but I just get too overwhelmed!

    I usually hit two grocery stores each week for loss leaders. I would love to do it in one day, but I just can't seem to get it done between naps and feedings (2 kids under age 2!)
