    Not sure if its worth it.
    Its good if you can't afford an air conditionning.
    But it might heat up more your house trying to freeze some water. (Unless you have a freezer somewhere else in the house, ex: in a different room than you are trying to cool down)

    It's an interesting setup.
    If you could run your waste water out to the garden it might be worth it. Cool you and water your plants at the same time.
