Tried and Tested my "Deoderant" again!!
Some time ago, I posted a list of "Double Duty" products and one of the tips was to use "Witch Hazel" as a deoderant.
Well, yesterday morning it was Hotter than Spain here in England and VERY humid too, but I soaked a cotton wool pad and liberally applied the Witch Hazel to my pits and went shopping in to the nearby City, where the vast majoority of stores do NOT have AC
..............it was hot, people, really warm and muggy
anyway after three hours and a sweaty journey home and a warm & muggy evening at home I bravely sniifed my pits
and behold they smelled of absoloutly NOTHING!!!!!!!!
I have worn strong anti perspirant before now on similar days and had a very faint smell, but I am very impressed..... I have worn this many times at home on "normal days" but I have never put through such a tough test
For the record I am not a sweaty person, I "glow"in a ladylike manner
but yesterday I was "glowing " pretty hard and fast
So if you want a very cheap non chemical alternative to whats in the stores then it might be worth a go!
I did get hubby to check me out so that It was an unbiased sniff test too

That's very interesting, I'd never heard that. Certainly worth a try for me!

That's very interesting.
Thanks for your experiment.
I wouldn't have thought to try it and think it's a great idea.

My mental image of your hubby giving your pits an "unbiased sniff test" cracks me up!Nothing can taste as good as being thin will feel.
