Help!!! I fell off the wagon.
This last week or so has been such a mess...there were all kinds of unexpected things (like no kitchen for 4 days) and visitors and ughh!!!! I completely fell off the frugal wagon. I am having so much trouble getting back on with the little things too.
Ughh...how do you get past this?

Just start again, Mojjo. We all fall off sometimes. The important thing is that you've recognised your weak points, you want to be frugal and you know the long-term rewards. No one is perfect.
So, just start again, doing what you were doing before. Think of some ways to avoid your trigger points. When visitors are expected, make sure you're ready for them with frugal food and treats. Hopefully your kitchen is back in full swing soon and it will be your frugal headquarters. Good luck.

We all fall back sometimes. Treat it as done and over with. It helps to write your thoughts about it on paper as well so you can actually see what's been happening. Just keep going. You're doing great!

I've fallen many times. I think I'm finally back on. It helped me to have a daily to do list and a menu plan.

It is ok as we have all done this at one time or another. We just get back up and start again.
Good luck!~*Michelle*~
