    THINGS TO KNOW

    > 7. Sunburn - empty a large jar of Nestea into your bath water

    >10. Arthritis? WD-40 Spray and rub in, kill insect stings too

    >11. Bee stings - meat tenderizer
    >12. Chigger bite - Preparation H

    >14. Paper cut - crazy glue or chap stick (glue is used instead of
    >sutures at most hospitals)

    >18. Kool aid to clean dishwasher pipes. Just put in the detergent
    >section and run a cycle, it will also clean a toilet. (Wow, and we drink

    >19. Kool Aid can be used as a dye in paint also Kool Aid in Dannon plain
    >yogurt as a finger paint, your kids will love it and it won't hurt them
    >if they eat it!
    >20. Peanut butter - will get scratches out of CD's! Wipe off with a

    While I'm not quite sure I believe the one about the peanut butter on the CD, that one about the bread twist ties is brilliant!!! Thanks so much!

    I have a scratched CD that I'll test the p.butter tip on.

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    43. A thin coat of milk of magnesia as an oil mattifier for oily skin.

    44. Rubbing alcohol will remain sticky glue residue from store gummy labels.

    45. Witch hazel for shrinking hemmoiroids.

    46. Baby wipes to remove all traces of eyemakeup and clean your ears and the back of your neck.

    #4 mayo will kill lice.
    Not true, Dd had it in the second grade. We did the chemicals, didn't work. We did the mayo. They just asked for a slice of tomato to have with it. What did work was a metal fine tooth comb, dipped in rubbing alcohal after every pull through a section of hair.
    It was not an easy process but after 10 days of this it worked when all others failed.
    The only side effect was Dd who had straight hair befor has very curly hair now. lol Coincidence? HMMM maybe not!
