Once a week or so. DH will cry if I do it more.
Then a revolt will begin & they'll start looking for a NEW MOMMIE!

Probably about once a week. I'd like to serve them more often, though, but the family does enjoy their meat!

Mine would thing the earth was crashing into the sun if I served more than one meatless dinner. She is under the belief that if she doesn't have a chunk of meat at all meals that she will probably die of something horrible. I've gotten very good at stretching meat. My best was hamburgers and 4 other people came over. I only had 1/2lb of beef. They didn't know theywere eating beef flavoured oatmeal!!

I eat meatless when DH works nights and is not home for dinner.
If however, he is home, we usually have meat or chicken. This man lives on meat.....but I do manage to squeeze in maybe 3 or 3 meatless nights a month on him...depends how creative I can get..

Once a week I try but that doesn't always happen. In the fall and winter months I can get away with it. if I make macaroni and cheese and brocolli cheese soup. I did make imitation crab cakes this summer with zuchinni and dh didn't notice and I just didn't say. (sneaky I know)

I can eat any type of meals but DH is the picky eater & usually HTH meat especially steak! We have pasta occasionally & ravioli w/cheese filling, pierogi's, grilled cheese w/tomato soup, eggs, pancakes, breakfast as dinner sometimes w/bacon

I was just looking @ this Aladdin Heat & Go I bought for Ma @ TARGET to heat her food up ahead of time if I have an appointment to go to this way it'll stay warm for her.
On the pkg. I noticed this link for MEATLESS MONDAY I didn't get to check it out yet!
