Some good ideas, thanks for posting! I've cut down worn baby towels to be not so worn baby washcloths but I can't say I've tried many of the other ideas.

They are good ideas, I have a friend who makes yo yo's out of all her stained and worn clothes. Now she had been making noises about rag rugs.

I always try to reuse cloth whenever possible. I've made pajama bottoms out of dresess. I make doll dresses. Some cotton dresses I cut apart and make charity quilts for kids. On things like underwear and tee shirts I cut apart and use for cleaning.
