    Default New Frugality Magazine

Arthur Frommer, editor of Budget Travel has a new magazine, Arthur Frommer's Smart Shopping. The premier issue has articles on shopping Dollar Stores, Saving $40 a Week at the Supermarket, and how to Buy and Sell on Ebay. It looks like a great magazine. The magazine is focused on locating low cost bargains.

There doesn't seem to be a website set up for the new Smart Shopping magazine just yet but Arthur Frommer's other website is www.budgettravelonline.com. The magazine is better than Budget Living and it is a glossy full colored magazine. I picked up the premier copy at an airport newsstand.

Subscriptions are $9.75 for 4 issues and can be requested by writing to: Arthur Frommer's Smart Shopping, P.O. Box 7265, New York, NY 10017-9871.
