Default What's your biggest downfall frugality wise??

Under what circumstances do you tend to fall off the frugal bandwagon? What's the biggest temptation for you?

    Book sales. Period.

I can hold off on clothing, looking more frumpish by the minute and home decor is pretty but I can hold out nearly forever in a half finished space till we can afford to finish, I can pinch the grocery budget till it squeals in pain, but

    books are my downfall.

Poundland, sales and charity shops and car boot sales. Oh and supermarkets without a list. I now try to go everywhere with a list of what I want and this has helped. However, today I didn't have my list and fell off the Wagon with the sale and 10% day at Woolworths. Bought Christmas presents for my daughters and niece. I may of got something similar and cheaper at a car boot sale.

    Sports!

With the boys being so active in all types of sports, if I see something I think they may "need" DH or I will get it.

Eating out. We all have such varied tastes, that it often just seems easier to please everyone by eating out.

The grocery store gets me everytime.I was planning to use what I have in the pantry since I will be moving. But ShopRite kept calling my name and I answered.
I also had the desire to go to the mall since yesterday. Can't remember the last time I went there either. But I can put those beckonings to rest.Just can't resist the groceries.

Grocery store gets me. I always go in with a list but I am also bad to get what isn't on my list unless DH is with me. He won't let me get it if it isn't on the list

    Ugh, do i gotta admit??

    Books
    Craft Supplies
Soda (i have cut WAYYYYY back on this)
Pet Supplies (although we make lots of simple toys for them to keep entertained)
DVD's we don't have many but instead of renting one we'd like to see, we buy them
    Educational Items for the kids

can I reserve the right to add to the list??? ROFL
