Who re-uses wrapping papper, gift bags & bows?
I've been really good the last few years reusing gift bags & bows etc. I know my family teases me and says, "Look Michelle here is a great bow for you to reuse!" I was wondering who else is good at doing this?
I also think of it as a great way to be good to the environment!

I always reuse gift bags and bows. I don't know why anyone wouldn't if they're still in great shape.

I always re-use any kind of wrapping paper and bows if they are in good condition, it is eco-friendly AND frugal
I also re-use bubble wrap and brown parcel paper where ever possible too!

I reuse gift bags, boxes and packing items, but I don't generally reuse wrapping paper or bows. For one thing - my kids tear into it and there usually isn't much left. And I find that the bows always get smushed.
On a funny note, my Mom still has a huge box of bows from my sister's wedding and her wedding showers. She got married 35 years ago!

I sometimes re-use gift wrap, bows and boxes. I usually wrap my gifts in newspaper with red or blue bows.

I reuse whatever I can. I HAVE reused wrapping paper,if there's a big enough piece, but most of the time there isnt.
I have one of those rubbermaid totes (not sure of the gal size, but it's big..) filled with gift boxes, bags, bows, ribbons, blank gift tags, tissue paper, wrapping paper etc....Steve teases me about it...I dont care.I'm not throwing it out. I tell him all the time, thats the first thing of mine he'll throw out when I die lol
I also reuse boxes,bubble wrap
,packing peanuts etc....

I reuse gift bags, ribbon, tags, boxes, etc. I don't usually reuse wrapping paper (not enough) or bows (don't use them). I love fabric wrapping and bags too or beautiful hatboxes. We do a lot of gift baskets wrapped in various ways. I like for the wrapping to be part of the gift, if I can manage it.

Yup, I reuse everything. My side of the family opens their presents very carefully so they can save the paper. If it happens to be heavier paper, people are really careful. If its just the cheap, then paper, then people tend to rip it. I reuse everything: boxes, bows, bags, paper, packing material. You name it. Of course, it has to be in good condition. I've even been known to iron it if it is a bit wrinkled.

I don't reuse gift wrap. I think that is where my DH would draw the line.

I don't usually use the little bows that come in bags in all the colors, if something is small enough for a bow that size I likely used a bag for it. I tend to buy lots of wired ribbon on clearance and use that for big giant bows with a full line around the gift itself. I reuse anything that servives the maelae.

I've never bought a gift bag but have given many presents in one

I buy those spools of ribbon, never bows.
This year I'm thinking of giving the kids a big sheet of white paper and have them decorate it with paint - and use that for wrapping paper.
