We have about 15 towels, we have 4 sets of queen sheets, and 4 sets of twins. We have 5 comforters (two for my bed so I can rotate them since the girls sit on my bed a lot and make a mess). We only have 2 thermal blankets we use on the beds, but probably a dozen throws around the house - most I have made or received as gifts. I probably have 10 dish towels.

10 sets of sheets and 28 bath towels. Two down comforters, three other comforters and one blanket. About 12 dish towels.

We have three sets of twin sheets (for the girls' two beds), two sets of queen sheets (for our bed), and one set of full sheets (for the sofa bed).

We have 8 bath towels, two bathroom hand towels, and four 'turby twists' (little turban-like towels for wet hair).

I have 6 dish towels and 6 dish rags.

The older dd has a quilt and a blanket. The younger dd has two blankets (I'm working on her quilt). Our bed has a quilt I made and an ugly store-bought quilt. When we have guests, that quilt and one of younger dd's blankets go on the sofa bed.

I have two throws to use on the couch - one is neutral, the other is Christmas-y. I also have one picnic blanket.

    Towels - 15-ish?
Sheets - 2 sets for our queen bed, 8 sets for dd's full bed (given to her by MIL), 1 set each for dd, ds, & ds's twin beds. I'm on the hunt for a set of flannel sheets for all three of them.

Blankets...alot. I have four in the living room just for keeping warm with. Each of the beds have a blanket & comforter on it (5 beds). I have one on the sofa bed (it stays made inside the sofa), and one on the futon. Then I have three sleeping bags, two extra comforter, and multiple crocheted blankets that I or my mom have made.

dishtowels - not enough. I have probably 8-10 and it seems like they are always all in the laundry.

3 sets queen sheets for our bed
4 sets twin sheets for Isabel
3 sets crib sheets for Ingrid
2 sets flannel sheets (usually only use the top sheet to add a layer of warmth)
    3 woven queen blankets
    1 handmade quilt
    1 comforter/duvet
2 knit blankets, 2 woven blankets, 2-3 quilts for Isabel's bed. Ingrid has a quilt and all her "blankies".
Towels, we have 8 + 2 pink little girl novelty towels (a bunny and a kitty)
Dishtowels - never enough! I wash in hot and bleach but they wear out quickly. I'd say I have 7 every day towels and 7 special towels not counting whatever I have for Christmas.

3 sets of queen sheets for our bed and I also use them on the double guest bed and just tuck them in. 3 crib sheets between one crib and one toddler bed. I think 4 twin sheets for a spare bed, they were mine growing up. Many blankets, quilts, and comforters. Three throw blankets downstairs in the family room too.

Maybe 15 bath towels? My aunt just gave me some hand me downs. A dozen kitchen towels, some really need replaced.

Wow! Never thought to really count. I know between all the bathrooms we have 30-40 or more towels (I say about 45) A closet full of sheets for all the beds, but just wash the ones on the bed and re-use. Lots and lots of blankets. I do not use dishtowels. I use paper towels and sponges. Wash cloths I have 40+ and hand towels about 15 Actually I have more than I can use, need to get rid of alot of them. I am a pack rat. My favorite blanket is a "tug of love" fleece blanket my sister made me. I have 2 beautiful blankets that my husband brought back from Iraq. They are really pretty. They too are my favorite.

We have 3 sets of queen size sheets for our bed, 3 sets for the full bed in the guest room, lots and lots of blankets.

I would guess about 25 or 30 towels and dozens of washcloths. In the kitchen, about 20 dishcloths to wash dishes and counters with and about 20 dishtowels.

Oh my goodness, no wonder I'm always running out

Thanks to all for sharing your inventory. I need to find some good sales, and put them on my christmas wish list.

Gee, we're the low ones here...

    2 twins for DS
4 crib size for the toddler bed (2 regular/2 flannel)
1 set for our queen size bed (flannel) the other ripped and we've asked for Xmas.

Towels.. Hmm. I'd say about a dozen.
Then there's the pool towels - about 6 there - they live in the backhall on the way to the pool or beach.

Funny you should ask this question. I was just going through all my sheets, towels, etc. and getting rid of some.

    After decluttering, I now have:

~2 sets for our queen size bed
~2 sets for ds#1 double bed
    ~2 sets for dd's bed
    ~2 sets for ds#2 bed

I also have extra sets of pillowcases for the kid's beds.

I have 2 handmade quilts for each bed.

I have 8 bath towels, 5 hand towels and a dozen faceclothes.

    Dishtowels - 8 and 8 dishclothes.

I also have one spare set for the kids just in case they might get sick.
