Triple Bonus at Dunn Bros!

Couldn't believe it -- such rewards just for being friendly....

I went in to Dunn Bros to buy coffee for my sister who's stationed in Iraq and is craving "good coffee." Last week all coffee was $3 off a pound, and I said, Gosh darn, wouldn't you know it! I come in this week and it's not on sale -- but it doesn't matter because my sister wants good coffee and she's getting some!"
I got to chatting with the nice young man roasting the beans, and he thought it was really cool that my sister was serving in Iraq, so gave me the $3 off to pay for postage! Then, as I searched in vain for my frequent buyers card, I mumbled I must five of them at home by now, 'cuz I always have to start a new one -- so he gave me five punches! Then, to top it off, the deal of the day was that you got a free 12 oz coffee with the purchage of a pound of beans.

(BTW, I do chat with these kids -- and they are kids, since I'm in my 40s! -- when I'm in there... and some are of the bearded/pierced/tattooed crowd, but every one is friendly and helpful and provides the best service.)
