    Thanks Shell,

I just started unsubscribing most of my online shopping sites last week. It was a bit hard.

I saw this line when I went to the site you suggested. Online shoppers can find themselves deluged with "Special Online-Only Sale Now, Yes We're Talking To YOU" emails. Take your name off the mailing lists. Yep. That was me.

Since beg. of Feb. I started to write, everything I bought (the goods, the bads and the things I wasn't suppose to!) on a sheet of paper...it's on the fridg right now ....and let's me say...I already feel like I spent too much and we are just the 8!

But I try to see this as positive. We all have to start somewhere, and I guess, am at the very beginning of this journey LOL.

At least NOW I realize how much I spend on non-essential stuff. And next time I'm in town, I will stop and REALLY question myself about the needs to buy this or that.

This I guess, is the first step.

By checking this list everytime I open the fridg. let me tell you I really don't feel like spending more. I work so hard for this money, hate my job so much...

I'm even thinking DH with the grocery list, so he does it...he might not come back with the good stuff...but I'm sure it would cost me less.

argh! I'll get there, I promise myself I will.

wow, that is really interesting. Did you read the link about the mother that shopped non-stop at Gymboree and put her family 50,000 dollars in debt there along? Pretty sad and scary stuff!
