Default does anyone remember this tv show?

I remember watching a show on cable last year about where families would come up with a financial goal (say buying a large screen tv, etc.) and financial advisors and others would give them one month to do it. they would come over and help them pick things to sell, find ways to cut their spending, etc. Each week they would track their progress of how much they saved, how they did it, and how much extra money they found. It was on like two or three mornings during the week. Does anyone know if it is still on and when/which channel? Thanks!

Sounds like Cash In The Attic, which is a British show. IF it wasn't a British show, then it sure was an American knock-off of it. It is on BBC America.

I just watched Cash in the Attic last night (East coast) on A & E channel. It was on like at 11pm or 12am not sure...

    It was pretty good too!

Nope, it wasn't a British show, so it must have been a knock-off. It was a great show!

Thanks Chronicle and Vannie I don't have the HGTV channel and I sooooooooo love those types of shows, guess they have a lot of home decorating shows too as I have checked out their site.

Kind of makes me want to splurge a little and treat myself to satelite t.v, I bet with a basic package I could get that station .

Aww, wish I had cable to see it, that sounds like my kind of show!

Hmm, maybe we could have a "cash in the attic" challenge here?

I wouldn't mind doing that type of thing here, BUT I really dont have anything worth selling besides my petty yard sale stuff.

Maybe we can all plan yard sales on the same day and post how we did? Now that sounds FUN!
